It has been a week since I learned maybe the most shocking thing, well really in my life. No it wasn't so much that I gained another 10 pounds, but that I'm like not fit at all. I was well below average in my arm and abdomen strength, well below in my VO2 MAX test (that's how you measure the body's ability to circulate oxygenated blood), surprisingly below average in leg strength and oddly enough I'm pretty flexible. So really I'm just gonna start moving around. I need to end my sedentary lifestyle and hopefully my going to the track today is a pleasant step in the right direction.

    i suggest that song 'i like to move it, move it' or whatever. really gets me goin at the gym!

  2. back in high school, when I DID workout, me and my friend would sing that song all the time on the bike. good times.
